China Launched Its New Mission to the Moon with Its Youngest Crew

China sent a new team to its Tiangong space station on Thursday, in the most recent mission for a developing space program that intends to send individuals to the moon by 2030.

The Shenzhou-17 launched from the Jiuquan send-off site in dry northwest China at 11:14 a.m., conveying a three-space explorer group with the most youthful typical age since the space station’s development.

China’s New Mission to the Moon

A farewell function on Thursday morning saw the space explorers bid goodbye to eyewitnesses before taking off to plan for the rocket send-off.
