According to Médecins Sans Frontières, popularly known as Doctors Without Borders, explosive devices were used to attack the Gorro market in Khartoum, Sudan, on Sunday at around 7 a.m. The group, which dubbed the assault “carnage,” is helping victims who suffered severe injuries.
