“Mumbai Walks,” where city icons honor Mumbai’s heroes and those who keep the city running—dabbawalas, police officers, BEST bus drivers, conductors, and employees of civic conservancies—are one of its highlights.

The “shop and win” fest is another event that includes a variety of dining, entertainment, and retail establishments. In addition, there will be movie screenings, Happy Streets, Yoga By The Bay, Kidzathon, and a photo exhibition featuring images of Mumbai’s past as seen through the decades by various photographers.

It is a transformative experience, so everyone is encouraged to attend the festival organized by the Maharashtra state government to celebrate Mumbai’s various facets.

The reveal of the Mumbai Festival theme, “Sapno ka Gateway,” and the logo, along with the theme song, served to highlight the announcement.

‘Everyone’s Invited’ highlights Mumbai’s inclusiveness as the city of dreams that embraces and welcomes all people. Events spanning the arts, music, cuisine, and more will be included in the festival.
