Russia is disrupting international peace and security by conducting a war on the world‘s food supply. Moscow has been urged by the US ambassador to the UN to stop targeting Ukrainian food facilities and rejoin the Black Sea grain agreement, which it withdrew from on Monday.
Given that it is using the Black Sea as leverage in this agreement, Russia has no justification for suspending its participation.
