Modi Congratulates the Indian Medal Winners of the Asian Game

  • India guaranteed a Bronze decoration in the last Asian Games in Jakarta.
  • This is India’s tenth Gold in the Asian Games and by and large 36th in the ongoing award count.

Top state leader Narendra Modi has complimented the Indian Men’s Squash group for getting a memorable gold in the Asian Games.

Indian men’s squash group of Saurav Ghosal, Abhay Singh, and Mahesh Mangaonkar returned in the wake of having lost the principal game to Pakistan.

The exceptional progress of Indian marksmen went on in the 50m rifle field too with the men’s 3-positions group, containing the youthful triplet of Aishwarya Pratap Singh Tomar (591), Swapnil Kusale (591) and Akhil Sheoran (587), beating the Chinese test with a world record score of 1769 to take the top platform finish.

Saluting Divya Thadigol, Esha Singh, and Palak on winning a Silver Decoration in the ladies’ 10m air gun group occasion, the head of the state said their prosperity will propel a few forthcoming sportspersons.

With Ramkumar Ramanathan and Saketh Myneni getting the men’s duplicate silver decorations, Modi hailed it as extraordinary news.
