Elon Musk

In response to a WSJ article, Elon Musk said he was not high on a 2018 Joe Rogan podcast episode. NASA has expressed disapproval of the report’s assertion that Musk used marijuana while recording the podcast.

Several Tesla and SpaceX members have expressed concern about Musk’s drug use, and former director Linda Johnson Rice reportedly left the firm in 2019 as a result of his erratic behavior.

It has been alleged that Tesla directors, including current chairperson Robyn Denholm, have asked for assistance from Elon Musk’s brother Kimbal Musk without mentioning “drugs.”

According to Alex Spiro, Musk’s attorney, the company conducts random and routine drug tests at SpaceX, and he has never tested positive. In the piece, the report also refers to untrue facts. Following an SEC probe in 2018 over Musk’s tweet about taking Tesla private, Musk resigned as chairman and was fined $40 million.
