Five Chinese nationals were killed in a blast during an assault on their escort by a self-destruction plane in northwest Pakistan on Tuesday, detailed Reuters.

The self-destruction plane smashed an explosives-loaded vehicle into a guard of Chinese designers venturing out from Islamabad to their camp in Dasu, situated in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa territory, Reuters cited local police boss Mohammad Ali Gandapur as saying.

Bisham Station House Official (SHO) Bakht Zahir said that the occurrence was a “self-destruction impact” and the specialists concerned were gathering the proof, Dawn.com detailed.
