ICC has announced the four-part ceremony for the final, which will be attended by Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
BCCI, the host of the tournament, is looking forward to making it memorable with various music and lightning events on Sunday and sealing it with an unprecedented fireworks display.
World Cup 2023 Final Ceremony Events
The Indian Air Force is going to create a special for the fans and players with a 10-minute flight show by the SuryaKiran Aerobatic Team. Flight commander and deputy team leader Wing Commander Chitesh Karthik will lead the nine-hawk team. Suryakiran Acrobatic Team will take off from Ahemedabad’s airport and will do a vertical aviation show above Narendra Modi Stadium.
For the first time in the history of the competition, the ICC has invited all World Cup-winning team captains to see the 2023 final. From 1975-winner Clive Lloyd to most latest winning captain Eoin Morgan are all expected to parade the Narendra Modi Stadium with all five World Cup trophies.
