Emily Carrasquillo, 38, from Norwich, Norfolk, was named Miss Universe Figure 2023 in the Miss Shape 163cm-in addition to classification.
Ms Carrasquillo, who deals with the Shrub Hotel care home in Ipswich Street, Norwich, said she initially began weight training quite a while back.
She won a spot at Mr/Miss Universe 2023 after she won a public contest in August.
At the world contest, she played out her normal wearing a gem-encrusted swimsuit with her consideration home’s logo on it.
