Indian golfer Diksha Dagar tied for sixth place at the Ladies Italian Open with a 6-under 210. Despite missing several putts, she showcased her skill with consistent play over three rounds.

Dagar’s performance has propelled her to tenth place on the LET Order of Merit. She is set to defend her title at the Czech Ladies Open and compete in two Majors and the Olympic Games this year.

Diksha Dagar Climbs LET Rankings with Strong Finish in Italy

Diksha Dagar’s consistent play at the Ladies Italian Open saw her finish in a tie for sixth place. Her rounds of 67, 72, and 71 demonstrated her resilience despite challenges with her putting.

This result marks Dagar’s first top-10 finish since April, boosting her to tenth on the LET Order of Merit. She dropped only three bogeys throughout the tournament, showcasing her steady performance.

Next week, Dagar will defend her title at the Czech Ladies Open. Her busy schedule also includes participation in two Majors and the Olympic Games, setting the stage for an exciting season ahead.

Amy Taylor of England clinched her maiden LET title with a total score of 10-under 206. India’s Pranavi Urs and Tvesa Malik had respectable finishes, while Vani Kapoor and Ridhima Dilawari missed the cut.
