Russia’s upper place of parliament will on Dec. 13 formally declare the date of the March official political decision, Socialist Coalition pioneer Gennady Zyuganov said on Tuesday – a stage that denotes the beginning of unmistakable battling.

As per Russian regulation, the upper place of parliament should report the specific date something like 100 days before the vote.
President Vladimir Putin has not yet said whether he intends to run once more, even though it is by and large expected that he will do as such, and win.
