Russia’s Defence Ministry Building Water Pipeline from Russia to Ukraine

Experts from Russia’s guard service are building a water pipeline framework that would interface the country’s Rostov locale lining Ukraine with the Donbas district inside Ukraine, the state TASS news office detailed late on Sunday.

Moscow last year guaranteed the Donetsk and Luhansk locales, which make up the more extensive Donbas district in Ukraine, as “republics” of Russia, in a move censured by most individuals from the Unified Countries as unlawful.

Water Pipeline by Russia Connecting Ukraine
