The Union Budget for FY 2024-25 is anticipated to be presented on July 22, 2024, by Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman. This marks a significant milestone as it will be her seventh consecutive budget presentation.

The Economic Survey will be presented on July 3, 2024, coinciding with the conclusion of a special parliamentary session. Sitharaman’s tenure has been marked by significant reforms and responses to economic challenges, including the Covid-19 pandemic.

Since taking office, Sitharaman has implemented crucial economic policies such as the reduction of corporate tax rates and various measures to stabilize the economy. She continues to be a central figure in the Modi administration, steering the country through numerous economic challenges.
