Tom Bachik, a famous manicurist who has worked on the hands of some of the biggest names in the industry, including Margot Robbie, Selena Gomez, and Jennifer Lopez, created the phrase “rich-girl nails.”

In a previous interview with POPSUGAR, Bachik stated that “rich-girl nails are a modern take on a sophisticated classic,” adding that the color is often a “creamy, full-coverage nude playing homage to the greige inspiration.”
