World’s best companies

Employee Satisfaction, Revenue Growth, and Sustainability (ESG) were the three factors that TIME Magazine looked at to determine the top-performing businesses globally.

Data from more than 1.5 lakh employees in 58 countries were used to evaluate employee satisfaction. With enterprises producing at least $100 million in 2022 and exhibiting positive growth from 2020 to 2022, revenue growth was analyzed using company data from the previous three years.

Environmental and social aspects of sustainability were taken into consideration, such as the intensity, rate, and CdP rating of carbon emissions. Women on boards and human rights policies were evaluated by the social dimension.

The only company from India to make it into the top 100, Infosys is also one of the top three professional services firms on the list, with Accenture at number four and Deloitte at number 36.

Wipro, placed 174 on TIME’s list of the top 200 global companies, is another Indian provider of professional services.
