Rebuild the airline

Tony Lucas, president of the Australian and International Pilots Association, expressed his confidence in Vanessa Hudson, who will take over as Qantas’ CEO, to “rebuild” the airline.

The association speaks for the pilots that work for Qantas and Jetstar. It will take a lot of work. We do, however, believe that Ms. Hudson is aware of the importance of treating every member of the Qantas team with respect and appreciation and how it may significantly contribute to the airline’s rejuvenation.
