Today Delhi Supreme Court Granted Interim Bail to Arvind Kejriwal

  • The AAP today said that the High Court request on Arvind Kejriwal’s break bail is “a success for a majority rule government”.

The High Court today gave break bail to Delhi Boss Priest Arvind Kejriwal for 21 days and asked the public convenor of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) to give up on June 2, a day after the surveying for the seven-staged Lok Sabha decisions is planned to end.

The High Court, while conceding break bail to Arvind Kejriwal, likewise brought up the Implementation Directorate’s postponement in capturing the AAP boss.

Interim Bail Granted to Arvind Kejriwal

A seat, containing Judges Sanjiv Khanna and Dipankar Datta, said that the focal test office had enrolled an Implementation Case Data Report (ECIR) in August 2022, yet Mr Kejriwal was captured in Spring.
