A Bill to Establish an Independent Football Regulator

The English government wants to lay out a free football controller to supervise the game and support monetary soundness using a bill presented in the Parliament.

The controller will be free of government and football specialists with the ability to fine clubs up to 10 percent of their turnover for rebelliousness with monetary guidelines, the public authority said in a public statement on Tuesday.
