  • Russia has launched yet another round of missile strikes across Ukraine.
  • 6 had died and 73 had been injured in the most recent strikes: Zelenskyy.
  • Russia and Ukraine both refute claims that they targeted civilian infrastructure on purpose during the conflict.

Targeting the nation’s capital, Kyiv, and its second-largest city, Kharkiv, Russia has launched yet another round of missile strikes across Ukraine.

Interior Minister Ihor Klymenko stated that at least 40 people were hurt and five individuals were killed as a result of the attacks. According to Ukrainian officials, there are more and more injuries, ongoing rescue operations, and damaged residential and non-residential buildings.

Russia-Ukraine War

Following a massive attack on the Russian-occupied city of Donetsk on Sunday, there was a wave of attacks on Monday. These are the most recent strikes. 27 people were killed and 26 injured in an attack on a market that Russia blamed on Ukraine. A local Ukrainian army unit denied being the attackers.

In response to the most recent missile strikes on Ukraine, Russia’s Ministry of Defense and the Kremlin denied that any civilians had been the target of the attacks.

The Russian Defense Ministry announced that the Russian Armed Forces had launched a coordinated attack against Ukrainian military-industrial complex facilities. The attack involved the use of both ground- and air-based high-precision long-range weaponry, and all designated targets were engaged, the ministry said.

Six people had died and 73 people had been injured, some critically, in the most recent strikes that targeted Kyiv, Kharkiv, and other parts of the country, according to President Volodymyr Zelenskyy of Ukraine.

Dmitry Peskov, the press secretary for the Kremlin, refuted the claim that the most recent attacks were more payback for a purported Ukrainian strike that killed 26 people on Saturday on a marketplace in the eastern Ukrainian city of Donetsk, which is under Russian occupation. Russia and Ukraine both refute claims that they targeted civilian infrastructure on purpose during the conflict.
