In Jamaica, Trudeau’s official aircraft breaks down

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau of Canada had a small setback during his recent Caribbean tour when an aircraft malfunctioned and the CAF had to send out a second plane with a maintenance team to fix it. This episode is reminiscent of one that happened before Trudeau departed from India during the G20 Summit the previous year.

A problem was found in the Royal Canadian Air Force’s CC-144 Challenger aircraft while the pilot was on holiday in Jamaica with his family, according to a January 2 story from CBC News.

Aircraft breaks down

Pilot Trudeau of the Canadian Armed Forces was traveling when two freshly purchased aircraft malfunctioned. Despite the unforeseen circumstances, Trudeau was able to finish his return on January 4 without any more setbacks. When the maintenance crew showed up to fix the problem, Trudeau’s safety on his unplanned trips was guaranteed.

Trudeau has experienced several travel-related incidents in recent years, such as a delayed flight from Delhi after the G20 Summit, an accident while running for reelection, and a plane that was used as a backup for a NATO summit in London.

Chaos resulted from a 2019 collision between a plane rented by Trudeau’s Liberal party and a bus carrying journalists. Trudeau chose to take a third jet on his return trip due to issues with the backup aircraft.
