In the Last Five Years, 403 Indian Students Died at Abroad

  • Other than Canada, different nations where the demise of Indian understudies is high are the UK, Russia, the US, and Australia at 48, 40, 36, and 35.
  • The number continued to increase from eight in 2018 to 16 in 2019 and 12 in 2020.

As per the information recently delivered by the MEA, an expected 1.83 lakh Indian understudies were signed up for Canada last year, 4.65 lakh in the US, 1 lakh in Australia, 55,400 in the UK, and 18,300 in Russia.
