A PS5 version of The Last of Us Part II has been announced by Sony

  • Sony revealed the PlayStation 5 video game The Last of Us Part II Remastered.

Sony revealed the PlayStation 5 video game The Last of Us Part II Remastered. Sony’s flagship gaming console will release the remastered version of the 2020 sequel on January 19 of the following year. Pre-orders for the console will open on December 5.

More game modes, technological advancements, and new behind-the-scenes features are all promised for the Remastered edition by American video game developer Naughty Dog.

PS5 version

No Return, a new survival mode from Naughty Dog, allows users to select from a variety of new playable characters with various attributes.

In the No Run game mode, players can choose how to proceed on each run by selecting between different stealth and combat encounters with a variety of opponents. Along with personalized rewards and skins, players will have additional in-game customization choices.

PlayStation 4 owners who have already bought The Last of Us Part II will be able to upgrade to the remastered version for $10, according to a Sony announcement.

The game will have an Unlocked Framerate option for VRR TVs, a new set of Lost Levels, native 4K output in Fidelity Mode, 1440p upscaled to 4K in Performance Mode, enhanced texture resolution, Level-of-Detail distances, improved shadow quality, and animation sampling rate.
