FIBA World Cup 2023: Team USA’s 12-Man Final Roster

Team USA’s ultimate lineup for the forthcoming 2023 FIBA World Cup has been finalized following Josh Hart’s last-minute pledge.

Jalen Brunson, Anthony Edwards, and Tyrese Haliburton, three rising NBA stars, are the players to watch. The team boasts two defensive big men: Jaren Jackson Jr., the current defensive player of the year, and Walker Kessler, a member of the All-Rookie First Team.

Team USA’s 12-Man Final Roster

Paolo Banchero ultimately decided to play for Team USA, despite initial speculation that he might pick Italy. Similar circumstances occurred with Los Angeles Lakers player Austin Reaves, who was allowed to play for Germany because of his ancestry there.

The 12-man list is completed by Mikal Bridges and Cam Johnson of the Brooklyn Nets, Brandon Ingram of the New Orleans Pelicans, and Bobby Portis, a stretch big for the Milwaukee Bucks.
