Russia Rejects NATO Plans While Ukraine Strengthens U.S. Ties

The minerals deal signals a new phase in Ukraine-U.S. relations, with Washington backing Kyiv’s economic growth. The agreement, though substantial, does not include military aid or security commitments, which Ukraine has persistently sought amid increasing Russian aggression.
