In the early hours of Monday, Russia shot down two Ukrainian drones over Moscow, with one of them coming down not far from the defense ministry in the middle of the city.
No one was hurt when the drones struck non-residential structures in the capital. After promising to “retaliate” after a Russian missile attack on the Black Sea port of Odesa, Kyiv made the attack a day later.

Since Moscow abandoned a deal permitting Ukrainian grain to be shipped over the Black Sea last week, the Russian military has bombarded the Ukrainian port city of Odesa.
Two people were killed and a famous cathedral was seriously damaged in the city’s most recent attack on Sunday. The cathedral strike was deemed a “war crime” by the Ukrainian government, which also threatened vengeance.
The aim of all of these missiles, according to President Volodymyr Zelensky, is humanity and the pillars of European civilization. He swore to take revenge.
