An understudy who has been offered lodging more than 30 miles from college has said it is “extremely upsetting” and he is stressed over driving to addresses. Joe Carman, 18, is among around 250 new understudies at Manchester Metropolitan University (MMU) who have been offered dives in Liverpool and Huddersfield.
He said he would pass up the “corridors experience” on the off chance that he lived somewhere else. MMU expressed that 2% of freshers were impacted later “more proposition holders than expected” acknowledged places.
