An earthquake of greatness 3.6 on the Richter Scale happened in the Karbi Anglong region in Assam on Wednesday. As per the Public Community for Seismology (NCS), the quakes were felt in Karbi Anglong at 01.12 am today.
“Seismic tremor of Magnitude:3.6, Happened on 07-12-2022, 01:12:30 IST, Lat: 26.33 and Long: 93.06, Profundity: 10 Km, Area: Karbi Anglong, Assam,” the NCS informed in a tweet.
Earthquake in Assam’s Karbi
Prior, a quake of extent 3.3 struck 92km SW of Changlang, Arunachal Pradesh on Monday, as indicated by the Public Place for Seismology (NCS).
The seismic tremor struck at 07:04 AM. According to the NCS, the profundity of the seismic tremor was 10 Km. The scope was viewed as 27.17 and the longitude was 95.96. No losses have been accounted for up until this point.
