She returned for one more shot at the public crown and caught the top title in May.
Dee, a little girl of 1979 Miss Global Melanie Marquez and cousin of 2017 Reina Hispanoamericana Teresita Ssen “Winwyn” Marquez, will rival around 90 other worldwide representatives at the 2023 Miss Universe exhibition in El Salvador. The last rivalry is booked on Nov. 18 (Nov. 19 in Manila).
