The incident occurred while the singer was leaving a “private Memorial Day party.” According to the police report, despite DaniLeigh’s denials, a breathalyzer test revealed that her blood alcohol level was higher than the legal limit.
The moped was struck by her while she was speeding in a grey Mercedes-Benz with a passenger, according to the eyewitness.
