A flexible pOLED display concept phone was one of the highlights of Lenovo’s keynote address at yesterday’s annual Global Tech World event.

Lenovo thinks this device, which can be used as a tripod or bent around your wrist, holds the secret to the future of hands-free computing.

Although Motorola did not release all of the device’s specifications, we do know that it has a fabric back, a 6.9-inch diagonal screen, and an FHD+ resolution. It also has some noticeable bezels.

The gadget, presumably using magnets, can be snapped onto a metal cuff to keep it fastened to your wrist. According to Motorola, wearing the flexible device on your wrist will give you an experience similar to that of the Razr 40 Ultra, also known as the Razr+.

The user interface seems to shape itself based on how the screen is aligned. Additionally, Motorola demonstrated a few generative AI features designed to maximize the form factor.

With the help of MotoAI, which is built into the new concept phone, users can customize their theme and wallpaper. For example, you can take a picture of your outfit and have AI-generated images appear as your wallpaper.

Motorola is concentrating on using AI to improve device personalization so that customers can have a distinctive experience. The business has created a generative AI model that enables users to add a touch of personality to their phones by producing original AI-generated images that can be personalized as wallpaper. Lenovo is creating a knowledge-based personal assistant that can adjust to usage patterns for both PCs and smartphones.

Engaging users with their personal assistant (PA) can improve data privacy and personalization. MotoAI is an innovative AI approach that uses large language models (LLMs).

Moreover, Motorola unveiled an AI concept model for AI text summarization, real-time document scanning, and privacy content obfuscation. Four AI ideas, such as generative AI wallpapers, enhanced privacy features, and the capacity to condense notes, emails, and chats, are anticipated by the company to redefine consumers’ everyday experiences.
