Protesting Wrestlers were Now Invited for Meeting with Sports Minister

Days after their gathering with Association Home Minister Amit Shah, Sports Minister Anurag Thakur welcomed the grapplers, challenging WFI boss Brij Bhushan with charges of inappropriate behavior against him, to examine ‘their issues’ with him.

In a later night tweet, he said, “The public authority will have a conversation with the grapplers on their issues. Yet again I have welcomed the grapplers for the equivalent.”

Wrestlers Meeting with Sports Minister

The Delhi Police on Wednesday recorded explanations of partners and laborers of Wrestling Alliance boss Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh at his home in Uttar Pradesh’s Gonda regarding the charges of lewd behavior against him by wrestlers.

They likewise said the young lady whose assertion was the premise of a body of evidence being enlisted against Singh under the Insurance of Kids from Sexual Offenses (POCSO) Act has recorded a new proclamation under the Code of Criminal Strategy (CrPC) segment 164.

The authorities said police are gathering proof regarding the body of evidence recorded against the BJP MP, and will present a report in court likewise.
