Delhi Chief Minister was Arrested by Enforcement Directorate

  • Representative Head of Mission of the German Consulate, George Enzweiler, approached the service on Saturday.
  • Enzweiler was seen leaving the Service of Outside Issues office in the public capital’s South Block.
  • Arvind Kejriwal was captured on Thursday night regarding a tax evasion test connected to the Delhi alcohol strategy case.

The Service of Outside Issues (EAM) on Saturday conveyed “areas of strength for India” to Germany against its comment on Delhi boss pastor Arvind Kejriwal’s capture by the Implementation Directorate. The service let a senior German negotiator know that India sees such comments as “subverting the freedom of our legal executive”.

Responding to the capture, the representative of the German Unfamiliar Service had said that the assumption of blamelessness is a focal component of law and order and should apply to Arvind Kejriwal.

Delhi CM was Arrested by the ED

Arvind Kejriwal, who was captured after he overlooked nine summonses sent by the Authorization Directorate, was on Friday remanded to ED guardianship till Walk 28.

Arvind Kejriwal’s party, AAP has said the Delhi boss pastor won’t leave the post and will run the public authority from prison. The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), in the meantime, has requested Arvind Kejriwal’s prompt acquiescence on moral grounds.

Arvind Kejriwal is the main boss clergyman to have been captured. Different pioneers had surrendered the post before being captured.

The Aam Aadmi Party has declared that it will “gherao” Top state leader Narendra Modi’s home on Walk 26 to fight Arvind Kejriwal’s capture by the Implementation Directorate.
