Counsel for Trump Demanded a Meeting with AG Garland

Attorney General Merrick Garland is being contacted by the lawyers for former President Donald Trump to arrange a meeting to discuss the continuous injustice being committed by Special Counsel Jack Smith and his investigators.

According to the letter, President Trump is being treated unfairly in contrast to Vice President Biden, his son Hunter, and the Biden clan. We ask for a meeting as soon as possible to talk about the continuous injustice that your Special Counsel and his prosecutors are doing.

Attorney General Merrick Garland is being contacted by the lawyers for former President Donald Trump, who claims that Trump is being treated unfairly. On Tuesday, Garland received a letter from Trump’s attorneys.

“We are the legal counsel for Donald J. Trump, the 45th President of the United States, in the Special Counsel’s Office inquiry. President Trump is being treated unfairly, in contrast to Vice President Biden, his son Hunter, and the Biden family, the letter claims.

An insider with knowledge of the investigation claims that Special Counsel Jack Smith has been working diligently over the past few weeks to bring his investigation into the Trump classified materials case to a close.

It’s unclear whether Smith intends to charge Trump or when he’ll reveal the findings of the probe. After the FBI raided Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida on August 8, 2022, Garland named Smith as special counsel in November 2022.
