Establishing a dedicated facility in Abu Dhabi for the production of buses, light vehicles, and electric vehicles with long-range, premium batteries is the goal of the exclusive memorandum of understanding (MoU) that Zero Gravity, an Emirati advanced technology company, signed with Nanjing Dragon Bus Co., Ltd. in China.
Along with the Arab Gulf states and the larger Eastern region of the Middle and North Africa, the company also intends to market and promote these engines outside of the United Arab Emirates.

Zero Gravity intends to launch its project in three months to strengthen the domestic bus, vehicle, and electric motor manufacturing sector and reduce dependency on foreign electric cars. The project will help maintain clean air and a healthy environment, establishing the UAE as a leader in the use of this cutting-edge strategy for contemporary transportation services.
According to Tariq Al Hosani, CEO of Zero Gravity, the move to electric engines, buses, and cars from conventional ones will significantly lower carbon emissions and result in significant savings on fuel, maintenance costs, and replacement parts.
The company will develop and execute an electronic application, and the new factory will manufacture several types of green buses with modern safety measures.
Zero Gravity intends to invest $300 million in the building and development of this industrial facility, emphasizing the chance for businesses and investors from the UAE and outside to participate in this important initiative.
The action intends to boost the UAE’s industrial sector and generate hundreds of employment possibilities for both male and female people who have completed their education at universities, colleges, and other educational institutions, especially for those who have concentrated in engineering and similar technical fields.
Following the start of production at the industrial facility, Zero Gravity will sell these motors throughout the Arab Gulf and surrounding regions, supporting the global movement toward the adoption of environmentally friendly automobiles and the reduction of carbon emissions, which will ultimately aid in the preservation of the environment.
