Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD), the richest temple trust in India, has developed plans to build Tirupati temples across all states and union territories. On the outskirts of Jammu, a Tirupati Balaji temple opened its doors to worshippers earlier this month.
The lower Shivalik forests in Jammu contain more than 62 acres of land where the Sri Venkateswara Swamy Temple is located. According to the TTD board, a plan of action is currently in place to build replicas of the Lord Venkateswara temple in Gujarat and Chhattisgarh.
All states have Tirupati temples
The Sri Venkateswara temple in Tirupati is run by the TTD. According to TTD Chairman YV Subba Reddy, building Lord Venkateswara Swamy temples throughout all states and union territories was an effort to bring God to the doorsteps of the faithful.
The Nitish Kumar administration and TTD are in talks on the Lord Balaji temple in Bihar, according to a story in the Times of India. 10 acres of land have been allotted by the Maharashtra government for the construction of the Lord Balaji temple in Navi Mumbai. TTD will contribute 70 crore rupees to the building.

The Sri Venkateswara Institute of Medical Sciences (SVIMS), Tirupati has received approval for the construction of a Cardio-Neuro block from the TTD Board, which is led by Sri YV Subba Reddy.
Additional laddu counters at Tirupati were also given the go-ahead for development. The TTD board also gave its approval for SV Vedic University’s IT infrastructure upgrade.
In the meantime, TTD intends to publish an online room allocation quota for the months of August and September on June 26 at 10 a.m. On the TTD website, https://tirupatibalaji.ap.gov.in, devotees may make reservations for accommodations. For TTD accommodations in Tirumala, Tirupati, and Talakona, devotees could make online reservations.
In the meantime, the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) decided to only permit devotees in groups of 200 with security guards after 7 pm as a result of a recent leopard assault on a three-year-old boy.
The attack on the youngster, which happened close to the monument of Anjaneya Swamy on the Alipiri walkway, resulted in bite wounds. Walking from Tirupati to Tirumala takes roughly 11 kilometers and begins in Alipiri at the foot of the hills.
