This ensures balance and reduces the risk of chronic ailments. Ayurveda also considers food’s seasonal and local relevance, promoting ingredients that align with nature’s rhythms. Eating according to the seasons helps the body adapt to environmental changes, further strengthening the immune system and internal equilibrium. By choosing fresh, whole foods, one embraces a lifestyle that supports longevity and well-being.
