When certain VICTON members’ exclusivity contracts with IST Entertainment expire, they choose not to extend them and enter the free agency market.
In a statement to iMBC Entertainment on the 20th, Victon’s management company, IST Entertainment, said, “We will confirm the reports regarding the expiration of exclusive contracts for some members and deliver our position.”

Some Victon members, including Han Seung-woo, Kang Seung-sik, Lim Se-joon, Do Han-se, Choi Byung-chan, and Su-bin Jung, had their exclusive contracts with their agency, IST Entertainment, end on this day.
The three surviving members of VICTON will aggressively pursue their schedules, such as their musical responsibilities and/or their required military duty obligations, and they will have the full backing of IST Entertainment for all of their various on-the-ground endeavors.

With the release of their first mini album, “Voice To New World,” in November of 2016, VICTON made their debut as a seven-person ensemble. Heochan, a team member, announced his departure from the group in October 2022 after getting arrested for drunk driving.
VICTON made his debut and contributed significantly to songs like “Oh Moon Love,” “Nostalgic Night,” and “Stupid O’clock.”
