With the support of cutting-edge technological infrastructure, a flexible regulatory framework, and a system that fosters the growth of advanced technology-related industries and AI companies, the plan seeks to create the best possible environment for AI companies and global talent by increasing competitiveness in facilitating business operations.

As a result, businesses in this industry will be better equipped to develop and reap the rewards of AI solutions, which will hasten advancement across a range of industries and improve the prospects of coming generations.

By incorporating AI tools into current and upcoming government projects and initiatives, as well as assisting these organizations in successfully embracing emerging technology, the plan also seeks to establish Dubai as a leader in the application of AI in government operations.

The strategy also intends to hasten the uptake of AI applications, turning Dubai into a worldwide center for AI regulation and law. This project entails developing laws and regulations that will allow AI to be used in a variety of industries, as well as allocating the resources required to draw in premier technology businesses and innovators.

The appointment of a CEO for Artificial Intelligence in every Dubai government agency is the first step in the city-state’s annual strategy to accelerate the adoption of AI this year. This individual will be in charge of special strategies and projects about advanced technology and artificial intelligence. The Dubai Future Foundation’s Dubai Center for Artificial Intelligence will evaluate applicants for this position.

To create the largest hub for AI and technology firms, Dubai is scheduled to open its AI and WEB3 Incubator as part of the first phase. This will draw innovators, startups, and frontrunners in AI from all over the world. In addition, the plan’s initial phase entails holding AI Week in educational institutions to incorporate AI applications into the curriculum and improve the caliber of learning outcomes.

Last but not least, the plan’s first phase includes the establishment of the Dubai Commercial Licence for Artificial Intelligence, which aims to increase investments in the field, draw talented people and specialized businesses from around the globe to work in an environment that supports businesses in achieving greater growth and development and strengthen Dubai’s standing as the go-to destination for businesses involved in technology and innovation.
