Litecoin overtakes Bitcoin as the top gainer

  • The oldest and most valuable cryptocurrency, Bitcoin (BTC), failed to surpass $27,000.
  • The Akash Network (AKT) token was the greatest loser with a 24-hour loss of about 19%.
  • Litecoin (LTC) increased by 3.31 percent over the course of one day, reaching a price of Rs 5,805.64 in India.

The oldest and most valuable cryptocurrency, Bitcoin (BTC), failed to surpass $27,000 over the weekend. Other well-known cryptocurrencies, including Ethereum (ETH), Dogecoin (DOGE), Ripple (XRP), and Solana (SOL), all had slight drops and surges in price.

The Akash Network (AKT) token was the greatest loser with a 24-hour loss of about 19%, while Litecoin (LTC) was the biggest gainer with a surge of over 3%.

At the time of writing, the market capitalization of all cryptocurrencies was $1.06 trillion, up 0.10 percent from the previous day. The price of one bitcoin was $26,087.20, showing a 0.13 percent decline over the previous day.

At the time of writing, the price of Ethereum (ETH) was $1,676.90, up 0.52 percent over the previous day. Dogecoin (DOGE), which is now trading at $0.06071, experienced a 24-hour decline of 10.98%.

Litecoin (LTC) increased by 3.31 percent over the course of one day, reaching a price of Rs 5,805.64 in India. The price of ripple (XRP) was $0.5323, up 2.71 percent over the previous day. The price of Solana (SOL) was $21.47, a decrease of 1.95 percent during the last 24 hours.

Litecoin (LTC), Stellar (XLM), Ripple (XRP), Monero (XMR), Flare (FLR), and Akash Network (AKT) are the top cryptocurrencies that have increased in value during the last day. The cryptocurrency market showed tenacity during the last week as big names like Bitcoin and Ethereum maintained stability in the wake of recent volatility.

According to CoinSwitch Ventures’ Investments Lead Parth Chaturvedi, the cryptocurrency market stabilized and traded in a range during the weekend. The current value of the global cryptocurrency market is $1.1 trillion, up 0.5 percent over the previous day.
