According to a recently made public filing with the U.S. Office of Government Ethics, former U.S. President Donald Trump has up to $500,000 stored in an Ethereum wallet.
Trump has long been a crypto skeptic and is running for president again in 2024. He did, however, last year release a set of non-fungible token (NFT) cards with pictures of him on them, and they were instantly sold out.

He published a second set of these cards in April, which likewise sold out, but the demand for the cards waned. According to filings, he earned between $500,000 and $1 million from this transaction.
In the national polls, Trump is far ahead of the other Republican candidates. Trump’s office was contacted by CoinDesk for comment regarding his holdings.
