To strengthen its position as a major international hub, Saudi Arabia has unveiled five new Premium Residency packages to draw in investments and highly qualified individuals.
The initiative’s five visa categories—Special Talent, Gifted, Investor, Entrepreneur, and Real Estate Owner Residency—are intended to promote knowledge exchanges and job opportunities. These items are designed with working professionals, artists, and investors who fall into particular groups in mind.

The Premium Residency Centre’s Chairman of the Board, Dr. Majid bin Abdullah Alkassabi, emphasized how the action might quicken Saudi Arabia’s transition to a knowledge-based, diversified economy in new fields.
Additionally, he emphasized that everyone who can contribute to the national economy and actively engage in Saudi Arabia’s fast development under Saudi Vision 2030 is welcome to apply for any Premium Residency product.
Whereas the Gifted category brings qualified people into Saudi Arabia’s cultural and sports industries, the Special Talent category serves executives and professionals with a focus on healthcare, science, and research.
The Investor category is intended for investors who want to make significant profits by taking advantage of Saudi Arabia’s booming economic environment. The Real Estate Owner category is meant for people who own real estate and take advantage of the great quality of life in the Kingdom, while the Entrepreneur category is meant for those who aspire to be innovative project owners and entrepreneurs.
The products, which were created in partnership with the Premium Residency Center’s strategic partners, provide holders with a host of advantages, including the capacity to do business, own property, apply for work permits, and more.
