WEC has forced administrations to leave Liverpool interfacing it with Portugal and Spain beginning around 2019 and is adding week-by-week Liverpool calls from Northern Spain, Portugal, North Africa, and the Canary Islands.
Direct administrations started in February 2023 associating Liverpool with Bilbao, Vigo, and Gijon in Spain, Casablanca in Morocco, Setubal and Leixoes in Portugal, and St Nick Cruz and Las Palmas in the Canaries.
Liverpool Routes Expanded
David Huck, head working official at port proprietor Strip Ports said the most recent declaration was a “further demonstration of positive support” in the Port of Liverpool.
