139 Crore Penalty for Maruti Suzuki by GST

The GST authority has given a show-make notice to Maruti Suzuki India for the period July 2017 to August 2022 proposing to request interest and force punishment, other than appropriating the charge previously paid, adding up to Rs 139.3 crore.

Penalty for the Maruti Suzuki

Maruti Suzuki India likewise said that it has gotten a positive request from the High Court of Punjab and Haryana wherein requests recorded by the Focal Extract Division for the period June 2006 to Walk 2011 have been excused.

The Focal Extract Division had recorded requests under the watchful eye of the great court against a previous council request of August 2016, which was passed for the organization wherein input administration credit on specific administrations was permitted to it and punishment was additionally dropped against it, the documenting said.
