The government‘s attempts to eliminate inadequacies in the child protection system were stressed by Premier Chris Minns.
Child protection
To increase child protection, the Premier of NSW is addressing weaknesses in the laws and system. To ensure secure and open data exchange, the minister for families and communities is in consultation with state and federal authorities.
To urge advancement on improved information exchange, the minister will immediately convene a conference of federal and state ministers.
