A notable 20% increase in investment was highlighted, with ongoing projects including field irrigation development and the establishment of agricultural clusters in North and South Sinai.

Central to the discussion was the Climate-Resilient On-Farm Water Management (CROWN) project, which aims to modernize irrigation infrastructure and promote climate-smart agriculture. The project also focuses on integrating smallholders into resilient food value chains, showcasing Egypt’s commitment to enhancing climate adaptation and food security.
