With the press introduction of its 29 contenders on April 3, 2023, Miss Philippines Earth 2023 officially launched the season of beauty pageants. The press voting for the “Darlings of the Press” awards was the centerpiece of the occasion held at the Lime Hotel in Pasay.
The winners of the gold, silver, and bronze honors were Yllana “Yana” Marie Aduana of Siniloan, Laguna, Nicolle Lagera of Fil-Comm California, and Lasil Relevo of Balayan, Batangas. On April 29, 2023, Toledo City, Cebu, will host the main finals, where the new Miss Philippines Earth will be crowned.

Previously, on March 19, 2023, PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) conducted an interview with Yana and Lasil along with Cea De Jesus, Naoimi Henave, and Kerri Reilly, three other candidates for Miss Philippines Earth 2023, at the launch of Morph Aesthetics’ newest location at Il Terrazzo in Quezon City.
In keeping with the goal of the pageant, they discussed encouraging environmental protection and preservation during the interview. Yana reentered the competition to motivate people to protect the environment.

I truly enjoy getting face treatments, Kerri said. Being a beauty queen, I use a lot of makeup. I take great care to maintain clean, healthy skin. Naomi, on the other hand, described using facials to relieve stress while she was a pageant contestant and a student.
A student and a candidate often experience stress and exhaustion, so taking care of your skin is extremely important, the woman said. To present my best self to everyone, I need to maintain my skin.
Yana chose the gluta-drip in the meanwhile because she wanted to give her complexion an extra boost of brightness since she is constantly in the sun. Cristina Doble, the owner of Morph Aesthetics, also noted that mesolipo slimming and fractional laser are two of their most popular procedures.
