The DRDO said it effectively completed a flight trial of its strong fuel-ducted ramjet (SFDR) rocket drive framework on Friday morning at the Chandipur test range in Odisha.
Every one of the subsystems, including the supporter engine and spoutless engine, proceeded true to form during the flight test was the assertion given by the government-run Safeguard Innovative work Association (DRDO) said.

That’s what the authorities added, “during the test, numerous new advances were demonstrated, including the Strong Fuel based Ducted Ramjet Innovation”.
Last month, the DRDO effectively sent off natively planned and created Vertical Send off Short Reach Surface to Air Rocket (VL-SRSAM).
- The VL-SRSAM is fit for killing different airborne dangers at short proximities.
- This also was done from a static vertical launcher from Coordinated Test Reach in Chandipur.
- The officials in that trial announced that the test had succeeded.
According to the DRDO statement in the two events, the rockets blocked the mimicked focuses with pinpoint exactness.
The rockets were tried for the least and most extreme reach. VL-SRSAM with Weapon Control Framework (WCS) was conveyed during the preliminaries.
