  • The S&P BSE Realty Index index for real estate stocks increased by 0.36%.
  • The biggest gainers were Mahindra Lifespace, Macrotech, DLF, Godrej, and Oberoi.
  • Swan Energy Ltd and Sobha Ltd saw declines.

The S&P BSE Realty Index index for real estate stocks increased by 0.36%. The biggest gainers were Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd., Macrotech Developers Ltd., DLF Ltd., Godrej Properties Ltd., and Oberoi Realty Ltd.

Brigade Enterprises Ltd., Prestige Estates Projects Ltd., and Phoenix Mills Ltd. were among the other noteworthy winners. At 09:42 IST, the index increased by 26.19 points.

Conversely, Swan Energy Ltd (down 1.19%) and Sobha Ltd (down 2.09%) saw declines. The S&P BSE Sensex was down 200.92, or 0.27%, at 74026.71 at 09:42 IST. At 22459.95, the Nifty 50 index was down 54.7 points, or 0.24%.

At 45691.39, the S&P BSE Small-Cap index was down 112.58 points, or 0.25%. At 13800, the S&P BSE 150 Midcap Index was down 14.8 points, or 0.11%. On the BSE, 107 shares were unchanged, 1419 shares were trading in red, and 1563 shares were trading in green.
