About Ukraine war

A Russian TV station has shown what it says is a US-built Bradley infantry fighting vehicle captured on the front lines.

The Russia 1 channel’s prime-time show reported that the vehicle was abandoned by a Ukrainian crew in the Luhansk region after it came under Russian fire.

Stockpiles of “life-saving humanitarian aid” have been completely destroyed after Russian rocket attacks destroyed a humanitarian center in Kherson, a charity said.

The center was run by the Ukrainian charity I Am Kherson, which most recently focused on distributing gas cylinders, gas stoves and shelter kits to help citizens cope with the harsh winters.

Military aid to Ukraine’s armed forces has been delayed for weeks after Polish truck drivers staged border protests.

Thousands of trucks carrying commercial goods have been turned back at the border between Ukraine and Poland after drivers began a strike on November 6.

Aid – provided by charities and non-profit organizations (NGOs) – includes critical deliveries of drones, electronics and pickup trucks.

This advice provides banks and other institutions with key “red flags” of transactions and customer characteristics commonly associated with sanctions evasion.

The NCA says Russia uses complex supply chains and alternative distribution channels to obtain sanctioned goods.

The warning was issued at the same time as the UK announced 46 new bans.

The Foreign Office called on industry to “report all suspicious activity and possible breaches of the sanctions set out in the guidance”.

The UK has announced 46 new sanctions against individuals and groups from various countries allegedly involved in Russia’s military supply chain.

Vladimir Putin has arrived for talks with the President of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.

His motorcade was then shown at Qasr al-Watan, the presidential palace.

As he arrived, a flight path emitted blue, white, and red plumes of smoke, lining the sky with the colors of the Russian state flag.

The upper house of the Russian parliament is expected to vote on a proposal to hold the next presidential election on March 17, according to the head of the chamber’s committee on constitutional law.

Armenia appears to be pulling back on military cooperation from Russia in a blow to Vladimir Putin.

The US is part of the Russian-led Collective Security Treaty organization (CSTO) – along with fellow publish-Soviet states Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan.
