Russia has requested that the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) vote on a draft resolution on the Israel-Hamas conflict, which calls for a humanitarian ceasefire, hostage release, humanitarian aid access, and safe evacuation of populations in need.

The Israeli military has pledged to assassinate top Hamas commander Yahya Sinwar, who is accused of masterminding the October 7 attack that killed over 1,300 Israelis.

A person was murdered and many others were injured in a northern Israel border village on Sunday as a result of anti-tank missile fire from Lebanon. According to the Israeli military, at least 279 of its troops have been killed since the horrific Hamas strike on October 7, with 126 confirmed Gaza hostages.

According to Hezbollah’s Al-Manar TV, a missile fired from South Lebanon was aimed at the Israeli village of Shtula.

On Monday, the US Embassy in Israel offered its stranded residents boat transport from Haifa to Cyprus. On Sunday, an anti-armor missile was fired from Lebanon into an Israeli border town, killing at least four people.
